Chris Noth
Chris Noth has been sued by a lawyer. Samuel Hagan claims that the actor owe him $109,000 for a retainer fee that was mistakenly refunded to him.
According to New York Post, Mr. Big from 'Sex and the Cuty' and Cutting Room partner Steve Walter hid the now-shuttered club's assets to avoid paying up.
And because Noth didn't pay those money, Hagan, a lawyer who did business with Noth when he was co-owner of New York City's Cutting Room nightclub, sued him.
The Cutting Room closed its doors in January, 2009.
