David Cassidy
David Cassidy, former 'Partridge Family' star was arrested in Florida last night for DUI. The 60-year-old former teen idol was pulled over by the cops around 8:00 PM.
The police found a half empty bottle of? Labrot Graham Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon in his 2008 Mercedes.
He told the police he he'd had a glass of wine around lunch time. The breath test blew a 0.139 and 0.141, a lot over the .08 legal limit.
Cassidy was taken to a nearby jail and arrested for DUI. He was released this morning at 3:22 AM on a $350 bail.
But his representative says that Cassidy wasn't drunk. "He would never jeopardize anyone on the road and he would not have been driving had he not had to go to a funeral ... he's never been arrested in his life before for anything", the rep said in a statement.
