For the announcement of her engagement with Prince William moment, Kate Middleton choose to wear elegant, yet simple deep blue Issa wrap dress.

In a few minutes that dress (and the name of its creator brand, Issa) has become an iconic image. Every time some girl will wear a dress like that, everyone would say "Look, she's sophisti-Kate like the princess of Britain".
Kate Middleton's royal blue engagement dress sold out within 24 hours (for? $616) at London's Harvey Nichols store. "The dress worn by Kate sold out almost immediately. Issa is one of our best selling brands and the versatility of the pieces mean that they can be dressed down for the day and dressed up for special occasions", the boutique's buying director Averyl Oates told Vogue UK. "It's all about versatility. An Issa dress can be worn from the beach to the office and then onto the red carpet", Issa's founder, Brazilian-born Daniella Helayel told Net-a-Porter.com
Now copies of the famous blue dress are on sale from £16 (around $25,50) in England.
